Project Summary
Privat Bank is a self-service application that provides a new user experience with various conveniences for Privat Bank customers. There are various types of services offered by Privat Bank. However, there are many problems that are often experienced by Privat Bank users, so here we will try to review and find the best solution from the UI (User Interface) and UX (User Experience) side of this application.
Problem Statement
So.. at first I thought about some problems in the Privat Bank application when I was trying to send money to some of my friends. Second time I have got filling that there are some problems , when me and some of my friends were traveling outside the country. We talked casually until we discussed how the experience as Privat Bank users was. There came out a lot of complaints from my friends, because of high curiosity, I did not stay silent until there.
User interview
I searched again by conducting a simple survey using google form with some questions related to the needs and problems currently experienced while using Privat Bank.
Pain points
From my research throughout the survey, I got feedback regarding the problems that quite a lot of Privat Bank users experience, but here I take only a few pain points, which I think are basically the same problem.
An authentication system that is still complicated
The flow to buy a data package is quite long and wordy
No filtering and sorting to be able to find suitable packages.
Persona
From the survey results, I can also describe the personas of Privat Bank users as follows:

Thus, it can be concluded that the Privat Bank user is a person who is quite technology literate and has a openminded personality.

The process of using the Privat Bank application is quite simple and they don't demand too much from what is already available.

Regarding the pain points that have been determined, here we will try to solve the problem.

Here we can see the design solution for the first pain point, we no longer need to open and read the contents of the SMS containing the link to be able to access Privat Bank every time we log in.

Seeing the process of buying a package, which is quite long-winded, we have tried to fix it here, and here's what we can see. Here users will immediately be able to start completing their needs through the shortcut menu in the home screen section.

In this picture below, users do not need to waste time scrolling to find the desired package, it will be very easy to find what they are looking for by filtering and sorting data according to their needs.
Almost 75% of the responders have a core need to use the Privat Bank application for finding and activating packages and so far they have done so with this process.
